Saltyard, located in Atlanta, GA draws its inspiration from one of the world’s most valuable commodities; salt. In some ancient cultures, salt was a rare product that was given to guests as a sign of hospitality and friendship; eating salt under someone’s roof created a bond of obligation between a guest and host. Their mission is to create the human connection between what is on the plate and in the glass. This mission is achieved through long-standing relationship with friends, farms, artisanal purveyors, and the residents of Atlanta.
